There you will find the best of both worlds. You will have the privacy of your own studio condominium as well as access to both properties. This wonderful 1920's nine story condominium building was completely renovated in the mid 1980's and perfectly maintained. You enter into a beautiful mahogany paneled lobby much like that of a fine European hotel. The studio condominiums are individually furnished. A mixture of antiques and traditional furniture are used to create a perfect marriage of classic design. Our signature beds are upholstered and feature our feather mattresses, down comforters and soft cotton sheets. In each tiled bath you will find thick terry towels. Each condominium provides a large room with a sitting area and workstation, equipped with an Internet connection. Some of them include a dining area and kitchen, while others have a kitchenette. From Albany Airport and Montreal - Take 87 South to 90 East, and then to 787 South to the Empire Plaza exit. From Boston - Take I-90 West to 787 South, to the Empire Plaza exit. From Buffalo - Take 90 East to I-87 South to exit 23. Take 787 North to the Empire Plaza exit. From New York City - Take I-87 North to exit 23. Take 787 North to the Empire Plaza exit. From the Empire Plaza Exit - Follow the signs to the plaza, staying in the right lane. You will be going under the plaza, passing the parking garages. At the end of the plaza, the lane will turn to rht right, and become South Swan Street. Go 2 lights to Washington Avenue and turn left. Go 4 lights to Henry Johnson Blvd and turn left. Go one light to State Street and turn left. The State House is the 4th building on the left. The address is 393 State Street. There is a private gated parking lot for a $10.00 daily fee, or street parking is available.

It is within walking distance of the center of government, business and is ideal for exploring the rich history, ambiance and many attractions of downtown Albany. We are also centrally located in the region. There are many day trips to places of interest within an hours drive.
