-FROM NY/CT: Take I-95 north to 138 (RI) East, exit 3A. Follow signs to Newport, approx. 15 miles (Rte. 138 overlaps Rte. 1 for approx. 5 miles). Continue east on Rte. 138 over Jamestown & Newport ($2 toll) Bridges. Take 1st exit off Newport Bridge, turn right at end of ramp. Turn right at 2nd set of lights onto America's Cup Ave. Hotel is 1/2 mile on right. -FROM BOSTON/Northern NE: Take Rte. 93 to Rte. 24 South, through Brockton, Fall River, MA. Continue on Rte. 24, which becomes 114 South, all the way to Broadway in Newport. Follow Broadway until it ends, turn left at light onto Thames Street. Continue on Thames St. for 1/4 mile.
