Casey. Dan Casey has been riding bicycles -- racing, touring, commuting
and working -- since he was five years old. He's a former youth bike
trip leader for American Youth Hostels; spent two years as a full-time
bike messenger in Washington D.C. -- where he was known as the Kamikaze
Courier -- and cycled from Seattle to New York in 1983.
